Before coming to China, I was really stressed about the visa process. It’s not super clear when you’re trying to figure it out from Europe, and everything online seems complicated or outdated. Luckily, the XMandarin team was super helpful from the beginning. They explained everything clearly, told me exactly what documents I needed, and were really patient when I had questions (which was a lot haha). They helped organize the invitation letter and supported me through the application. Once I arrived in Qingdao, they also helped with the residence registration and local formalities, which can be a bit overwhelming if you’re alone in a new country where they barely speak English.
