LTL Language School || Learn Chinese (11 Cities)

I spent 3 weeks with LTL in Beijing and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the very beginning. The teachers are not only professional and patient, but also genuinely kind and supportive — always ready to help you improve your Chinese step by step. I especially appreciated how adaptable and friendly they were in class. A special thank you to Linda Liu, the school director, who was always available and incredibly kind. She really made everyone feel at home. Another highlight was the international student community: most of the people I met were open-minded, respectful, and came from all over the world. It was easy to connect with others and share not only learning moments, but also life experiences in Beijing. Overall, I highly recommend LTL if you’re looking for a meaningful and human-centered way to improve your Chinese in China.

I had 2 hours/day private lesson at LTL Chengdu for 2 weeks, not only my teacher Ms Ying, but all other teachers and staffs are so kind from onboarding to the end. Even though I had private lesson, they have buddy program so that we can get to know with other students or even local people who are friends of school staff. School is located in very central in Chengdu, and I stayed at hotel near school, it was convenient to go out before/after school for sightseeing and eating. Chengdu is very organized and clean city with lots of park, food is great, there are many kinds of 小吃 I can enjoy even 单人, for weekend if you go out 1-1.5 hour from city, there are many great sightseeing spots in suburb too. 2 weeks is very short, I am sure I will be back again to Chendu again for fun and study.

LTL Mandarin School Taipei surpasses all expectations I had. The teachers I had - Sissi and Avril - are incredibly experienced yet humble and earnest. They are patient, and go out of their way to help each student in my group class overcome any blockers in learning Mandarin. Sissi and Avril are adept in accommodating our ad-hoc questions in my group class to satisfy our curiosity, but they also ensure that we don't veer off course too often, so that we stay on course in completing our syllabus. In addition, LTL school's administration managers (Riona) organise many casual get-together events during the week. These events can be as simple as lunch outings in the neighbourhood (both delicious and affordably priced!) or something as stimulating as a traditional Chinese seal engraving session at the end of the day. These impromptu events serve an important purpose in creating a friendly atmosphere for the school, and also allow us to practice speaking Mandarin together. I highly recommend LTL Mandarin School Taipei to anyone of any age who is interested in picking up Mandarin in a friendly, sociable environment, with experienced and warm teachers who will tailor the classes to fit your learning style.
