Remember that it is ok to make mistakes in Spanish when interacting with your host family. My Spanish speaking abilities have improved by a lot! If you are on the fence, I really recommend you go for it! You will not regret it!
Be open to new experiences

In Spanish classes, I enjoyed the interactive projects that required me to speak Spanish in real scenarios. The Arcos staff was super helpful and always available when I needed assistance and information.

At my homestay the whole family was super accommodating, and so enthusiastic about ensuring we were comfortable and had fun when it came to spending time with the family. I didn’t expect to go dancing twice this trip, but it was a fun surprise!! I would absolutely recommend this program to future students – it's worth it!
