I have been an many trips and Michael is one of the best. He took care of us in so many ways and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! Very available, friendly, helpful. From helping with lost luggage to area recommendations to help in clinic he was the best. The medical clinic was more successful with him. The rest of the staff was also exemplary and helpful.
